Our basketball program focuses on building strong fundamentals in a structured, high-energy training environment. Sessions are designed for players who want to improve their skills, gain confidence, and better understand the game.

Training is offered during the spring season on Friday evenings in Rockville, MD. This is a training-based program (no league play), ideal for multi-sport athletes or players looking to sharpen their skills outside of a team setting.

Players will focus on ball handling, shooting, passing, footwork, defense, and overall game awareness through high-repetition drills and coached instruction.
