Coach Roland

Coach Roland grew up playing soccer in Togo, West Africa, where he developed a strong technical foundation and a lifelong passion for the game. He continued his athletic career in the United States, playing basketball at Montgomery College, and remains an active competitor—currently playing in a men’s soccer league at the SoccerPlex in Germantown and a local men’s basketball league.

Coach Roland brings over a decade of professional youth coaching experience and holds multiple coaching certifications and licenses. His international background gives him a unique perspective on the game, emphasizing creativity, discipline, and strong fundamentals.

He is passionate about developing well-rounded athletes—instilling confidence, work ethic, and a love for competition. As a father, he is especially driven to pass on his commitment to sports, health, and fitness to his own children and to the youth of the Rockville community.

Coach Kelly

Coach Kelly grew up in the DMV playing on the girls AAU basketball circuit and continued competing at the varsity level through high school. With a background as a Montessori teacher, she brings a deep understanding of child development and a genuine passion for working with young athletes.

Kelly has a strong commitment to supporting girls in sports and focuses on building confidence, fundamentals, and individual skill development, while also teaching the values of teamwork and sportsmanship. She creates a positive, energetic environment where players are encouraged to compete, have fun, and make friends while developing skills of grit, resilience, and strong character. She also loves to tell the story about that one time she trained with Michael Jordan so feel free to ask her about it.

Behind the scenes, Kelly plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of T. Squad Academy—managing scheduling, parent communication, organization, and all the details that keep the program running smoothly. She is also actively involved in coaching, alongside Coach Roland, with over a decade of experience working with youth soccer and basketball players.

Coach Jenn

Coach Jenn began playing soccer at the age of four and continued through her senior year of high school, competing for both her school teams and a travel program with the Montgomery Soccer Association (MSA) in Lansdale, Pennsylvania.

She brings a lifelong passion for the game to her coaching and is dedicated to mentoring and inspiring the next generation of players to reach their full potential. Coach Jenn focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game in every athlete she works with.

She holds a U.S. Soccer Grassroots 9v9 In-Person Coaching License and is committed to continuing her education and development to provide her players with the highest standard of coaching.

Coach Casey

Coach Casey fell in love with soccer when she was 3 years old and continued playing for school and club teams through middle school and early high school. She played all positions on the field but heavily focused on training to be a goalie.

Coach Casey was first introduced to coaching in 2022, helping out for her younger brother’s soccer team. Doing so, she discovered a passion for helping kids improve their athletic abilities and watching them develop their love for their sport.

Working extensively with children in both of her part time jobs, Coach Casey has acquired strong communication and leadership skills that help create a fun and prosperous learning environment for young athletes.
